Hey people, its been a long break to my writing, sad to say that these are not new, but they are penned by me about few months back, I’m making them accessible for everyone to read. I have written them to improve my writing skills during my Lingua Skills test prep! The article would be quite long so sit back and choose your story of choice. P.S: They each have their own titles (how cool is that!?) and they might contain grammatical errors which I am not going to rectify, because these short stories are part of my writing journey and the sole reason why I have taken a liking to writing. One day I was walking down the street and saw these two beautiful kittens and I thought to myself “Can a human ever be such easygoing as these kittens?”, maybe it is the price for having human consciousness which the kittens lack. Thank god, an old grandma was being modest by feeding them a good tummy-full amount of milk. “These little ones’ life is hard and they may not live longer but for tonight, just for tonight they can happily sleep through this dreary cold night.” And so I thought to myself while adding the last line “May there always be a friend to partake and help you two in your adventures and I wish that you two live a blissfully happy life. Most of the humans are egoistical, Inflexible and temperamental, some can even be stingy but a handful amount of humans are kind, supportive and very outgoing towards animals.” There I ended this mighty monologue and decided to by some strawberry flavored ice-cream, suddenly I remembered that I forgot my wallet. “Such an unreliable person I am!” so I murmured and continued walking off into the night alone, with my thoughts filling up my brain.

Penned on: 20/09/23 Social Engineering is the word used for gaining a certain set of things such as personal information, private details etc., while deceiving others. Most of the victims do not coherently think or realize that they are being deceived. It is often a byproduct of heavy attention or influence from media that leads to such matter. It is possible in almost everything coming from cybersecurity to a casual tea shop conversation with the vendor. It is heavily used by cybercriminals to gain undisclosed information from elderly people, stealing their identity and spoof their presence in the digital world. The attackers choose vulnerable victims whom are very much prone to believing what they say, these attackers can gain access to sensitive documents such as Aadhar, pan, bank details etc. It is important to be aware of such illicit cybercrimes and be safe on this digital world. The Un-Noticed Demand for Relationships: Mostly Finding that One “Significant Other” image

penned on: 21/09/23 These days everyone is looking for their gf/bf or wife/husband through various ways but still failing at finding one. Maybe the reason for these heavy demeanors is simple, we all are only mammals, we long for emotional support and physical sensation from that significant other. Out of all the other feelings, I strongly believe that love conquers everything, love can change a person positively or negatively. Love is a fleeting sensation that is hard to describe in words, it can only be felt. No matter how many hardships or unsuccessful attempts one may face in love, I believe that god/fate has that special person for everyone, who will stay with us no matter what. But we cannot take it for granted; love. When one fails to achieve his significant other it can be: a goal, a partner, a hope. He becomes everything one tends not to. When there’s nothing to keep one going on and on, The mornings feel empty, The nights feel hollow. He starts to search for something that is unfathomable. “Happiness?” Artificial Intelligence: a Risk or a Reward? image

Penned on: 25/09/23 It has became the latest trending topic ever since OpenAI had released their Large Level Model(LLM) ChatGPT 3.5, which was trained on some billion data using deep learning techniques and machine learning algorithms. From the day it was released to this day, people are always trying to jailbreak the model to gain unrestricted access. What is a jailbreak? It is the term used to refer to the software/applications that is used to remove the restrictions and rules that were originally imposed by that companies. In short, It makes you the one with complete access to a certain product. Jailbroken ChatGPT can generate a lot more accurate information than the regular ChatGPT, ranging from evil ways to murder a highly popular person to dark web illegal hacking methods. “Can’t they just remove these things before training their mode?” No, they cannot remove anything specifically. It works like a double-edged sword. Since the model was trained in large corpus of data, they cannot remove topic-topic things. If a certain LLM like ChatGPT were made unrestricted the world would go bonkers and a lot of things will happen. Meta had also joined the LLM race by rolling out their new Llama-2 multi-language model which was trained on some billion parameters. Be it a risk or a reward, we can merely sit and watch how the world will turn. Building a Better Society with Positivity image

Penned on: 28/09/23 Nowadays negativity can be seen everywhere, It is becoming harder to be positive all the time. The reasons can literally be anything coming from work stress, household quarrels, poor stress management, even a lack of fulfilment in one’s life etc. To be positive all the time, one should start by building a positive environment around him/her. We should start by changing our routine, healthy body leads to healthy brain. Yoga has various benefits, It helps with stress, anxiety, anger issues etc. A simple pranayama session takes about 15 minutes. Eating less fat and carbs and more protein can make our body be fit. Not only protein, but fiber, fruits and leafy vegetables can also be beneficial to our body. Thinking on a global scale, the Indian software companies should stop enslaving their employees who are living from one paycheck to another, overworking can cause a lot of health issues like sudden heart attacks, poor sleep, obesity, hyper tension. As they say “It is easy to get a software job but very hard to survive.” I believe nobody likes to stay in a place where they are treated as a cattle with additional existentialism as the incentive. I do not know when these toxic work environments would change, I can only hope. As responsibilities kick in, a man is ready to do anything to earn and be in the society. Otherwise, we sure are aware of how the society or even our own relatives/parents would think of us, “dead weight.” No matter what the future throws at us, no matter how many times the life tilts our life upside down, we must not give up and behold the innate positivity with warm embrace. As Albert Camus had said: “ One must imagine Sisyphus happy.” According to Camus, It is to take pride, joy and purpose from the things that we can do. Time: The Unnoticed Enigma image

Penned on: 08/10/23 What is time? from a scientific point of view, It’s just how we measure the days. But what actually is it? nobody knows completely about it. Time isn’t constant, time isn’t linear. Time is relative; to the observer’s eye. In short, time doesn’t flow in a straight line but it is how we perceive it. If we assume the time fast, It becomes fast and if we assume it as slow it becomes slow. Every greatest man ever lived on this earth tried atleast one time to conquer this “time”, but ultimately got consumed by this same “time”, It’s funny how we humans tend to take control over the things which are far beyond our comprehension. So, shall we stop the expedition? No! we should never stop understanding and admiring how beautiful time is. “Time once passed will not be back”, maybe a few thousand centuries ahead we eventually can manipulate time and can experience time-travel but we’d never know. Maybe let’s put it this way: “a day once passed cannot be back in our lifetime.” Rather than wishing for happiness tomorrow let’s make today great and enjoy the time we spend; living life to the fullest. Time is the greatest thing a man could ever discover but little did he knew about about this “time” which is slowly and gradually leading us into an inevitable death. As lord Krishna had said “I am time, the great destroyer of worlds, come hither to seize at once all these who stand before us.” Sooner or later it will be our time to cease existing, by that time the world will turn. ”Seize today, laugh just for today, maybe tomorrow the good lord will take you away.” Dinosaurs: A Journey Back in Time image

Penned on: 10/10/23 Long ago, there once was a time when these mighty apex predators walked upon this earth. It maybe hard to believe but we’re breathing the same oxygen once they had breathed. They go by the name “Dinosaurs”, the “Saur” quite surely represents the raw and powerful nature of these beasts. We’ve come a long way from where we started, one fine day a fish wanted to walk on the land and then starts the human evolution, fish to ape and ape to humans, because of this little thing now we have to work 8 hours a day for the rest of our lives. Dinosaurs lived happily in their lifetime, they only cared enough for hunting and mating. They were obviously happier until this big asteroid decided to end their entire race by making them go extinct. Earth is a beautiful place, It was the home for many species and is a home for currently residing species and for us humans too. Maybe in a few thousand years, we will be studied by a more advanced civilization. To them we can be the dinosaurs. If we already know the ending then what’s this struggle for? It’s very simple, we’re here to take part and enjoy the ride. In life, be it anything it’s never about the end goal but the journey we experience to achieve that end goal. Now, let’s imagine a T-Rex with consciousness, the T-Rex is sitting in a sofa with a reading glasses and the book it’s reading is “Humanity’s Extinction: A brief history” You’ve successfully scrolled to the end of the stories! I’d be penning down that final article regardless of my marks be it good/bad.
